Striplube SSL
The slim oiling system for strips and tools The Striplube is synchronised with the press by means of a control input. Same enables automatic adjustment of the lubricant quantity to the actual press stroke rate, if necessary. In the case of error, the integrated maximum opening and oil level monitoring stops the press, thus ensuring high process reliability. Micro fine droplets of lubricant are evenly and sparingly applied by air. |

LubeCube
The perfect lubrication solution for every stamping process The patented LubeCube forms the core of our minimum-quantity lubrication systems, DigiLube and SAL, around which ingeniously customised lubrication systems can be developed. One LubeCube is used per nozzle or lubrication point. Compacted within the minimum of space, each individual LubeCube has all the necessary components, such as a pump, motor, control electronics and valve. Therefore, each nozzle is entirely individually controllable in respect of both the quantity of lubricant and the carrying air. Due to the extremely short distance between the pump and nozzle, excellent reaction times are achieved at the press when using the LubeCube in the on/off operation mode.
The LubeCube is designed for several units to be modularly assembled to spray ramps and spray chambers. Since the lubricant, air and control lines of one LubeCube are directly connected to the next, only a single supply line to the ramp is necessary. |
Additional LubeCubes, e.g. for intool lubrication and for the connection of smaller spray chambers, can be added afterwards without difficulty. |

Digilube SDL
The flexible lubrication system for strips and tools The minimum-quantity lubrication system, the SDL B6, for strip and intool lubrication showcases the advantages of our well-proven and patented LubeCube system with its control focused on the basic functions. The quantity of the lubricant for the up to 6 nozzle outlets can be individually set. All tool-specific parameters can be stored. The DigiLube is synchronised with the press via a control input. Same allows for automatic adjustment of the lubricant quantity to the actual press stroke rate. Upon request, DigiLube systems can be modularly expanded with additional functions at any time. |

Digilube SDLA
The flexible lubrication system with extraction The SDLA is based on the cost-effective SDL B6 and also offers the advantages of our well-proven and patented LubeCube system. Additionally, the SDLA has a powerful and well-proven extraction unit, which effectively prevents the discharge of emissions. Due to the possibility to re-use filtered residual lubricants, the consumption of expensive lubricants is furthermore reduced. |

SAL
Siegfried Advanced Lubrication SAL. This intelligent and modularly assembled lubrication system, fitted with the LubeCube, has virtually no limits. Furthermore, the system can be configurated, and – if necessary – also expanded, for the most demanding lubrication tasks. |
In its simplest version, the system comprises of, apart from a control unit and ventilation, at least one LubeCube box or a LubeCube ramp and a storage canister. |

Up to 5 different lubrication circuits can be controlled for demanding tasks. For example, one lubrication circuit with one LubeCube box for strip lubrication and a second circuit with a LubeCube ramp for intool lubrication. For every lubrication circuit, any storage canister with the appropriate lubricant can be selected via the user interface. If required, the system can – also later on – be supplemented with a powerful extraction unit. |

Control unit The control unit has a 8,4" colour display with a touchscreen. All processes are displayed by the graphically animated user interface. The set parameters can be saved for any number of tools. Thus, even inexperienced operators can achieve quick and safe conversion and processing with optimal settings. The operation can be carried out either via any of Siegfried's SAS systems or via remote software directly via the operator terminal of the press control. |

Suction unit SAM
Clean environment when stamping Process-related and dependant on the utilised lubrication, undesired emissions could develop outside the spray chamber. The modular suction unit SAM effectively prevents leakage. Furthermore, the possible re-use of filtered residual lubricants could result in savings on expensive lubricants. The system can be fitted with up to 4 filter levels, according to customer requirements. |
