Ideal functioning
The internal data transmission between the feeder and
the lubrication control ensures the optimal lubrication
of the stamp strip in every operating mode.
The lubricant quantity is automatically adjusted in the
following situations:At changes in the press stroke rate.
- At changes in the press stroke rate.
- At changes in the press feeding rate.
- At gradual feeding (TAP) in the setting-up mode.
- At the retraction of a new coil in the operating mode,
"Safe feeding".

Electronic roller feeders The compact and quick CombiFeed base feeding devices are available for strip widths of up to 1020 mm and cross sections of up to 1500 mm². The backlash-free coupling of both rollers by means of Schmidt coupling, guarantees a perfectly synchronous run and thus extremely high feeding precision is achieved.
